Junior E-Commerce Specialist
Salary: 5,500 - 7,000 PLN gross / month – Employment contract
Are you interested in e-commerce and want to develop your skills in one of the fastest-growing specialty coffee roasteries in Poland? Do you enjoy analyzing data, optimizing online stores, and finding solutions that improve customer experience?
If you already have initial e-commerce experience and want to develop your skills in practice, working with Shopify, marketplaces, and modern online sales tools, then we might be looking for you 🚀
Responsibilities
- Development and management of the online store lacava.mom – adding and updating products, analyzing store effectiveness, implementing changes and improvements.
- Leading and developing sales on marketplace platforms such as Allegro, Erli, and Empik.
- Optimizing product listings for SEO, conversion, and presentation aesthetics.
- Participating in the planning, analysis, and optimization of Marketplace Ads campaigns.
- Implementing and maintaining basic integrations between the online store, warehouse, and marketplaces.
- Supporting brand marketing activities in online sales channels.
- Ensuring attractive presentation of the offer – photos, product descriptions, and page layout.
- Telephone and email customer service for the online store.
- Analyzing sales data and proposing improvements to increase sales and customer service quality.
Requirements and Qualifications – who are we looking for?
- Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce-related work.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify and marketplace platforms such as Allegro, Erli, and Empik.
- Familiarity with Base and Comarch systems will be a significant advantage.
- Accuracy and meticulousness when working with products, descriptions, prices, and data.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- Independence, good work organization, and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
- Communication skills and the ability to cooperate with other departments of the company.
- Willingness to learn and develop in the area of modern e-commerce.
- Readiness for stationary work in our roastery in Wolica (near Janki, Warsaw).
